Follow the Leaders is a unique business event formula organized by Pro Progressio. The entire event consists of two conferences, Team Leaders Workshops, C-Level meetings, and a special Gala with the PRO Tiger competition finale.

The event is international in nature, and this year's edition of Follow the Leaders takes place in TriCity on September 17th – 18th, 2025.
