In the modern business services sector, hiring under B2B models, employment contracts, or mandate contracts is common, and it's worth knowing what the latest changes entail.

We invite you to a Focus Group meeting: FOCUS ON LAW – B2B under the National Labor Inspectorate's scrutiny – the National Labor Inspectorate's new powers and the risk of classifying the collaboration as an employment relationship.

During the meeting, we will discuss:

• the National Labor Inspectorate's new powers regarding the review of B2B contracts,
• B2B and the employment relationship – where is the line drawn,
• what the National Labor Inspectorate pays attention to during inspections and where the greatest risks arise,
• the consequences of classifying B2B collaboration as an employment relationship.

The meeting is intended exclusively for Pro Progressio Club members, and the legal analysis of the title issue will be led by Iwona Więckiewicz-Szabłowska, PhD, attorney-at-law at Chudzik i Wspólnicy Law and Taxes law firm.
