Conference “BPO and SSC trends in 2026” – Łódź, 24 November 2025

We invite you to join us on 24 November 2025 at the Łódź Special Economic Zone for the conference “BPO and SSC trends in 2026”, organized by Pro Progressio. The event will focus on the most important trends and challenges shaping the business services sector (BPO, SSC, GBS) in Poland and across Europe.

The fourth edition of the conference will address the transformation of the sector, the influence of automation and artificial intelligence on operating models, and the future development directions of service centers in the context of market and regulatory changes.

The agenda includes analyses of new GBS investments in Poland, discussions on the role of grants and support instruments in the sector’s growth, and panel sessions devoted to return-to-office policies, workforce reduction, and organizational transformation.

One of the key parts of the event will be the presentation of the report “GBS Next Stop: Łódź, Poland – Exploring the Future of Global Business Services”, prepared by KPMG, Antal, and Invest in Łódź, which highlights Łódź as one of Europe’s emerging hubs for the GBS sector.

Among the speakers will be experts from the Business Development and International Relations Bureau (Invest in Łódź) and representatives of companies including Amway, Nordea, Adaptive Group, Primient, Armatis Polska, Clearsulting, Axendi, sourcingNOW, and Datarabbit. The conference will bring together business service center representatives, consultants, investors, and institutions supporting the development of the sector.

After the main program, participants and members of the Pro Progressio Club will gather for an evening networking session at Farina Bianco restaurant. This informal meeting will provide an opportunity to exchange experiences and reflect on the key insights from the conference discussions.

The event is organized by Pro Progressio in strategic partnership with Invest in Łódź and the Łódź Special Economic Zone. The Swedish-Polish Chamber of Commerce is a partner, and FOCUS ON Business serves as the media patron.
