Peter Kiss named Pro Progressio Ambassador in Hungary

Peter Kiss joins the Pro Progressio Ambassador Programme in Hungary. He brings over 30 years of experience in global business consulting, combining expertise as an International Business Development Consultant and Senior Advisor to KPMG. Peter will represent Pro Progressio in Hungary, supporting the development of international cooperation and knowledge exchange related to the BPO and GBS sectors.

Peter Kiss has over 30 years of experience in global business consulting. Throughout his career, he served as a Partner at KPMG, where he held the positions of Global Head of Power and Utilities, as well as Head of Energy for the CEE and Nordic regions, respectively. He coordinated KPMG Global Delivery Centres standardization and automation efforts and supported flagship brands in selecting Hungary as a location for their BSC (Business Services Centers) and manufacturing entities. He is now a Senior Advisor to KPMG and, in his capacity as a freelancer, supports various stakeholders of the BSC industry, including IT and HR companies. He acts as a mentor of AmCham Austria, supports young innovative companies with his business development experience and global connectivity, and is a member of the International Network of Board Members (IoD).

The Pro Progressio Ambassador Programme has for years brought together market experts and practitioners who share their experience, knowledge and insights into changes taking place in the economy and in the business services centres environment. Pro Progressio Ambassadors represent the organisation across different markets, helping build business relationships and providing up-to-date knowledge on local trends and challenges.

Peter Kiss is the first Pro Progressio Ambassador in Hungary – a market that has for many years been one of the important locations for the development of the business services sector in Central and Eastern Europe. His experience in business development and his knowledge of the international business environment will provide valuable support in further strengthening Pro Progressio’s presence in the region.
