The international 2025 BPO Leaders Summit, organized by Enterprise Georgia in collaboration with Ryan Strategic Advisory, took place in Tbilisi on July 6–10, 2025. The meeting brought together BPO industry leaders, business consulting experts, and service providers in the areas of customer experience and customer care, focusing on presenting Georgia as an attractive destination for investment in modern business services.
Poland was represented at the event by Wiktor Doktór, CEO of Pro Progressio, who was the only participant from Poland. International delegates included representatives of organizations from the USA, Great Britain, Canada, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, South Africa, Ghana, the Philippines, and Jamaica. The event program included meetings with key figures from the Georgian economic scene, including Minister of Economy Mariam Kvrivishvili and CEO of Enterprise Georgia Mikheil Khidureli. Delegates also participated in discussions with representatives of global advisory and consulting firms such as PwC, Andersen, Cushman & Wakefield, and HR Recruitment Company.
The substantive portion of the event also included discussions with operators of technology parks, coworking spaces, and companies from the GBS, IT, and BPO sectors operating in Georgia.
Georgia is dynamically developing its modern business services ecosystem, offering foreign investors competitive terms, both financially and administratively. Companies that have already located their operational centers here include Girteka (GBS center), Teleperformance, and Concentrix (BPO centers). At the same time, local BPO and IT companies are developing, providing services to clients in the American and European markets. Among the dominant services are advanced customer experience solutions and broadly defined IT.
The Georgian BPO sector is in its early stages of development but has significant growth potential. Low operating costs – including taxes, salaries, and rapid company registration – make Georgia an attractive alternative to the more developed markets of Central and Eastern Europe.
During the event, the CEO of Pro Progressio presented the evolution of the Polish business services market, highlighting the development of the BPO, GBS, and IT sectors over the past three decades. Attendees also had the opportunity to learn about projects implemented by Pro Progressio, such as BSSIndex.com, FOCUSONBusiness.eu, and the FOCUS ON investment reports series.
For years, Pro Progressio has been actively collaborating with organizations in the modern business services sector, government and local government agencies in markets across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and Africa. Participation in the 2025 BPO Leaders Summit in Tbilisi is another important step in the development of international relations and knowledge exchange in the BSS field.
