Tricity for investors – TriCity City Tour as part of Follow the Leaders 2025

As part of this year’s Follow the Leaders event, organized by Pro Progressio in the Tricity area, participants are invited to join the TriCity City Tour – approx. four-hour study visit showcasing the region’s key business hubs. Scheduled for September 17, 2025, the tour offers a unique opportunity to explore the Tricity's investment landscape firsthand.

Organized as a guided bus tour, Tricity City Tour includes stops at several prominent office complexes across the metropolitan area. At each location, participants will have the chance to enter the buildings, learn about their infrastructure, and assess their investment potential. The tour is designed for executives and decision-makers considering launching or expanding operations in the Tricity region.

Each stop – lasting approximately 30 to 40 minutes – will feature presentations, property walkthroughs, and discussions with site managers and real estate experts. The City Tour is held in partnership with global real estate advisory firm Cushman & Wakefield.

Key destinations on the route include:

Łużycka Office Park / Tensor / Łużycka+
The largest office complex in Gdynia, featuring eight modern buildings managed by Czech investment fund Investika. Known for its flexible office configurations and strong transport connectivity within the metropolitan area.
Wave
Skanska’s flagship development in the Tricity and a hallmark of sustainable urban design. The mixed-use site combines an office high-rise and a planned hotel, emphasizing smart city principles and future-ready infrastructure.
Garnizon
One of Poland’s most comprehensive mixed-use developments. Located in Gdańsk, Garnizon seamlessly blends office, residential, cultural, and dining spaces – setting a benchmark for modern urban quarters.

Beyond individual site assessments, the tour provides broader insight into the regional business ecosystem – including talent availability, infrastructure, and the growing potential of the Tricity as a hub for modern business services.

Participation is limited to 40 attendees and is open to registered participants of the BSS Conference, the EKO Transformations conference, and the Follow the Leaders Gala.
