The modern HR sector is undergoing a profound digital transformation, with artificial intelligence, automation, and modern tool systems becoming the foundation of everyday work. The upcoming conference organized by Pro Progressio in Bydgoszcz (October 27, 2026) is dedicated to the highly technical and technological aspects of management and HR processes.
Participants will explore advanced technological solutions that support mass recruitment, optimize candidate experience, and automate routine operations in HR departments. Particular emphasis will be placed on the evolution of competencies in the digital era, the transformation of training strategies (L&D), building a tool ecosystem that reduces team workload, and the technical challenges associated with manager education and managing technology-driven teams.
