AI-based tools have become a daily part of operations for many companies. Sales, marketing, HR, and customer service departments use them regularly, often without clear guidelines or awareness of the legal consequences. However, liability for the outcomes of their use rests with the business owner, not the technology provider.
We invite you to a Focus Group meeting: FOCUS ON LAW - Artificial Intelligence and Business Liability: Copyright, GDPR, and the AI Act.
During the meeting, we will discuss the key risk areas, including:
-
Copyright: the status of AI-generated content, the risk of third-party rights infringement, and drafting contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
-
Data protection and trade secrets: obligations under GDPR, confidentiality agreements, and terms of service for AI tools.
-
Regulations: obligations resulting from the AI Act and the Act on Artificial Intelligence Systems, including changes introduced in 2026.
-
Liability: risk allocation between the business owner, employee, and tool provider.
The meeting is intended exclusively for Pro Progressio Club members, and the legal analysis of the title issue will be led by Aleksandra Hinc, attorney-at-law at Hi Business.
Pro Progressio Focus Groups are small, highly professional meetings. A maximum of two people from each firm can participate.
The meeting will be conducted in Polish and will take place at the Balma Showroom in Titanium building (409 Avenu Grunwaldzka Street).
Registration is required.
Immediately following the Focus Group, also at the Chilliflex offices, we are organizing a Talks & Drinks networking event, which we cordially invite you to attend. More information can be found at THIS LINK.
